What Is Large Format Digital Printing?

Large format digital printing is a process that uses specialized digital printers to produce oversized graphics from digital artwork. It can be used for banners, signs, decals, labels, vehicle graphics, wraps, and other visual communications. Corporate Image provides related design, production, material selection, and professional installation services for commercial, industrial, transportation, government, resort, and other applications.

Large format digital printing can support banners, signs, building graphics, wall graphics, window graphics, decals, labels, equipment graphics, vehicle graphics, and vehicle wraps. Corporate Image also produces graphics for ski resorts, industrial facilities, fleets, storefronts, municipal organizations, law enforcement, construction, utilities, and manufacturing environments. The appropriate solution depends on the surface, setting, artwork, and intended use.

Digital printing transfers artwork directly from a digital file, making it suitable for customized graphics and varied visual applications. Screen printing uses a screen-based production method and is also available from Corporate Image for graphics, decals, banners, and signs designed for demanding environments. The best method depends on the artwork, quantity, materials, application, and durability requirements of the project.

Material selection depends on the graphic, surface, environment, and intended application. Corporate Image has a factory-direct relationship with 3M, providing access to a wide selection of materials for vehicles, buildings, windows, walls, floors, machinery, equipment, and other surfaces. Specialized options are available for difficult surfaces such as porous brick and mortar or low-adhesion plastic and glossy surfaces.
